Andrew says Mama

Andrew is 14 months today! Unfortunately he is a sick little boy with a double ear infection. We were back at the dr today and are going to try a new medicine.

Anyway, he is now saying Mama! Check out the video (and sorry it is sideways, again!)

It's been awhile, I know! We had Bible School at our church last week, which was fun but made life busy and tiring.
This past weekend we celebrated my Grandma Low's 80th birthday. My aunt/uncle and cousins were here. After the party we went swimming (thanks Morgans!). Abby really enjoyed playing with her cousins.

Abby's Latest Obsession

Robin Hood. We watch the movie at least once every day. She plays with the characters. She dresses up like him. Rick thinks it might teach her certain, ah, political ideals but she really loves it! Ooh de lally, ooh de lally, golly what a day!

A New Favorite

I've been listening to this song quite a bit on my ipod....I love the words!

How deep the Father's love for us
How vast beyond all measure
That He should give His only Son
To make a wretch His treasure
How great the pain of searing loss
The Father turns His face away
As wounds which mar the Chosen One
Bring many sons to glory
Behold the man upon a cross
My sin upon His shoulders
Ashamed I hear my mocking voice
Call out among the scoffers
It was my sin that held Him there
Until it was accomplished
His dying breath has brought me life
I know that it is finished
I will not boast in anything
No gifts, no power, no wisdom
But I will boast in Jesus Christ
His death and resurrection
Why should I gain from His reward
I cannot give an answer
But this I know with all my heart
His wounds have paid my ransom

Andrew walking

Andrew is now a lean, mean, walking machine. He gets faster every day! I have a little video but I can't seem to embed it on the blog, so I'm going to post the link. Yes, I know it is sideways...I was holding the camera vertically. :)
